Organizing messy documents/files wasn't easier than I thought...

The files that I have saved randomly

Where and what kind of files are stored by using multiple IDs (accounts)?

I still can't digitize the notes left in one room...

Unidentified notes of when and where they were made





To find it neatly anytime, anywhere, at the time... I needed the best solution.

Web searching, YouTube, library, etc. 

related to “documents/documents/files” were found, applied, and used, and I started organizing blogs by collecting only the useful points.

I get used to records as an analog.. but I often lost valuable records.

That is a reason I start to blogs and digital memo.







Difficulty ★

  1. Putting books/documents/photos that are used frequently ex. Book/Document-Bookshelf Photo-Mini Album

  2. Scan important books/documents/photos to store digitally (pdf)

  3. Making books/notes and PDFs/files into Excel Book, notes/PDF list.

  • Which books/documents are frequently used

  • When and how to use (find)

  • Which class of books

  • Organize infrequently used order by converting into Excel



When the intersection of notes and pdf occurs: 

Classify as pdf and indicate that there are also NOTES in the document name.

After dividing the book by field by converting the book list into Excel with the picture of the bookshelf, 'filtering' the books in which field you need

'Books currently under study' were placed on the desk and placed in the order of the list of books needed for the rest of the library.

(I am organizing this time...I donate the book to a public library, and I am using an e-book and an electronic library as well.)

I hope the corona ends soon and waiting for the day the library opens.




 


Notes I wrote while studying/reading/studying activities.

Collect empty files

I decided it neatly as 'by subject' and divided it into each file.

And now, I immediately discarded the unused materials while organizing them.

This is not a document that is scanned and converted into a PDF, but I edited/reconstructed it with a Word or Notes app and made it into PDF data, so I placed it in the file box while working and placed it next to the notebook.

google docs 

  • Documents can be downloaded in the form of (Docx, pdf, RTF, pdf, txt, HTML, ePub) on the PC, and Docx only on the phone. 

(Fonts and shapes can be changed to default when downloading)

  • Easy to use due to high compatibility with Google account (pc-mobile)


apple (page)  

  • Tag files and filter by color

  • Automatic (photo/document/music) folder classification function after Mojave

  • Fast phone and Mac integration


word Microsoft

  • Reserved for a fee, words of memories that were used before



OneNote 

  • The sync upload speed is slow.. (Is this the only one for me?)

  • When converted into pdf, text, and images do not appear as edited... Edit again.
