MANAGING LIFE

"To Choose Time is To Save Time "

Francis Bacon , 1st Viscount of Saint Alban

    TIME MANAGEMENT.

  1. Clearly plan your life goals and position Write down unclear goals

#value

When you set goals and strive to achieve them,' value' is created and plays an important role in time management.

  • What is worth the effort (goal)?

  • How to coordinate your daily/work life?

    # SMART

S pecific Specific

M easurable measurable

A ction oriented an action-oriented

R ealistic Realistic

T ime-based timing (until when)

  1. The current schedule, re-check to

Start proactively with 10 to 15 minutes ahead of work and redistribute work in an efficient time

'Short time clean performance'

Congestion of work    |  Identification of cause: schedule/work environment management (identification, arrangement)

solution1 Organize your schedule after figuring out what to do

  • Organize schedule management in one place

    #Reminder

  • Listed by to-do priority

  • Monthly schedule

  • Weekly | write in weekly units (Sunday evening)

  • Daily | Design a specific schedule for each morning.

  • A few projects are completed ahead of the deadline.

  • It updates as it progresses and makes up for the shortcomings. +) Directly record phone calls/additional tasks on the calendar +) Add to the calendar after checking mail

  • After listing the documents according to the schedule, creating a list to organize the data

    #Hanging file

  • Complex tasks are subdivided and proceeded.

  • Making a manual for periodic tasks

 solution2 Increase work environment efficiency

Simplified organization |      IoT

Electronic Document Classification     |    SQL

Sleep/tired   | nutrition, aromatherapy, warmth

  1. Refusing to waste time

  • Check if it is urgent or can be handled immediately

  • Setting an appointment time

  • Notes on how far you have done the work in progress

Value: When you set goals and strive to achieve them, 'value' is created and plays an important role in time management.

  • What is worth the effort (goal)?

  • How to coordinate your daily/work-life

For efficient works

Needs efficient rest

Activities to increase the efficiency of appropriate breaks

# Talking for a walk, stretching

Break time hobbies

    # Exercise, listening to music, reading, leisure/travel, etc.

How to increase work efficiency (capacity)

    # New projects, learning that can increase value

Algorithms to live by The computer Science of Human Decisions

"From the name of Algorithms Persian mathematician Al-khwarizmi"
Al-Jabre is the etymology of the algebraic word "ebra."
"In the book, algorithm design
It refers to finding better solutions to challenges.
+) Computer Science Lens Increasing Ripple Effect on Many Sizes"
It tells you when to look at the optimal stop and when to jump in.
[Exploration/Use]
Trade Off It teaches you how to find a balance between trying new things and doing what you like.
- Alignment Theory: How to Organize Your Office
- Caching Theory: Teach You How to Fill Your Closet
- Scheduling Theory: It tells you how to allocate time."
Provide vocabulary to understand deeper principles unfolding in each area

By. Carl Sagan:
Science is a way of thinking rather than a collection of knowledge
Even when life is so chaotic that you can't expect rigorous numerical analysis or easy answers, Using intuition and concepts tailored to more simplified forms, we can get to the heart of that problem. There is a way to understand and make progress."

If you look into our daily lives through Computer Science:
"-Characteristics of the human mind
- the meaning of rationality
- How to live."

The fundamental calculations that the environment imposes on cognitive concepts
If you look at it from the perspective of a means of solving problems,
Increasing fundamental changes in the way we think about rationality"
We study what's going on in the computer, and how we think and judge
The idea of being able to figure out what you believe and how you behave is not only extremely reductive
Many people may think that they are actually misleading.

The more you hurry, the more late you get

Set clear goals and deadlines accurately
ex, when, where, how, and until
Scientific Management Scientific Management "cf. Gantt Chart
A chart for the systematization of the plan in 1910 to make the schedule a subject of research topic
presented in visual conceptual form"

1. The ability to represent a schedule in an algorithmic format
2. There is an optimal solution to the schedule.

The focus was on optimizing the total time to cope with the deadline.
1. Clarify your lesson
We can`t declare any schedule better until we know how to score.
You have to choose a scale first to make a plan. Which scale do you choose?
It will directly affect whether the scheduling law is the best."
"* Maximum latency
The time in the set of tasks that have the most latency beyond the due date
It is an indicator that employers may be interested in in terms of performance.
It starts with the work closest to maturity, and when is the most important."
"* Minimum Due Date
This strategy is very intuitive, and when is the due date for each work day?"
"* Moore's Algorithm
It is said to start the same as the minimum delivery priority strategy.
"Order food according to the expiration date and use it."
Let's finish it quickly
1. It is to take an outsider's point of view. In a single machine calendar, no matter how long it takes, there's nothing we can change
2. How to reduce overall time as much as possible
Sum of completion times
Deliver small tasks and deliver big tasks
"Minimizing the total is the shortest processing time
It is to do the task that can be completed the fastest first.
The shortest processing time algorithm allows you to finish quickly."

1. Reality
Present this to the steering committee in time to prove that appropriate measures are being taken to protect the business.
-  Ask SI for lessons learned from major program disasters

2. Speedy
After configuring gate criteria 2 to 3 months ago
" The goal is to "what can be achieved before operation".

Standards should not be 'where to be' in many programs.

3. Uniqueness
It is necessary to avoid the error of correct judgment (assessment of sunk costs + vague best scenario plan) with a cool judgment from an independent perspective.

If even one project succeeds, it will be a valuable project if it can avoid the disaster of project failure.

John Belden is the executive leader of Project Execution Consulting Services at Upper Edge.

[Portfolio Management]

1. Discover your aptitude
- I read newspapers dealing with social issues steadily.
- Earn indirect experience reading magazines and books of interest
- If you have the ability, you can do external activities, internship experience,

2. Getting into the habit of summarizing
- Compressing your activities to the core only
- Express/Organize Messages Effectively
- Always summarize/organize one's activities

3. Story
- Find the connection and 'your story, your value'

4. Imaging
- Text
- a photo of one's activities
- Presentation Content
Example) Numerical data: Graphs
      Headline message: Imaging

5. Receive feedback
Computer folder
>>> Use domestic (foreign) portfolio SNS

7. Upgrade from time to time
Upgrade everything from time to time

[4MAT SYSTEM Magic FLOW]
(Bernice Mccarthy)
1. Why?
2. Goal, concept what?
3. The expected effect if?
4. How?

To persuade or understand the other person effectively,
Prepare answers to 4 questions that you would be curious about from the other person's point of view

[Studying Portfolio Career]
Capabilities
- Imagination The ability to imagine and prototype customer experiences first Good UX to empathize with customers
- Solutions from a people's point of view, from a professional perspective, to come up with solutions

The biggest problem is not knowing what the problem is
There are cases where you become obsessed with the phenomenon, so the definition of the problem determines the solution.

e.g. Buttons are not visible - solutions to make them visible
The biggest problem is to dig into the real problem

1. Key definitions of the problem
2. Imagining from the customer's heart
3. Accept other ideas

How to learn the process of collecting all the apps in the industry and organizing the pros and cons of each app

The design team of the best companies is appealing and making a lot of things, so just looking at the content,
I find a model that can be said to be my next step on my own without a shooter and keep following it.

If there's no one who can think about the design of the user, it's a good idea to look for it and ask

Without experience similar to practice, nothing can be persuaded, so if you appeal to the experience as similar to what you worked for the company, listen to user feedback, and improve it, it can be the best project and an experience to fill the portfolio.

[Result plan]

Why I made it like this should have the design intention.

It doesn't matter if the project is long enough to write down what it's done, what it's done, what it's got

What you need to learn from your customers
In this context, it is most important to understand the context in which this design is the answer.

Find the morning active reference and collect why it's good
It is most important to do it every morning.
It's important to keep track of whether it's a good reference or not

a design that needs to be embodied in the body

Drawing UI one by one every day, 30 days of experience becomes the design's confidence

Objective: IDEO
You'll have a clear goal, so do what you can today

It is necessary to define and organize.

Let's get feedback first

- laying the foundation for the design language
- a planner / developer

[Meta Cognitive 3.3.3]
Play what you learned right after class for 3 minutes and write down what you remember Repeat after a week before going to bed in the same way

1: Warm-up stage to form review habits (1~2 weeks check period)
2: Ability to identify points in specific content classes during the warm-up development stage
3 : After realizing the concepts and principles, review with will: Write down the contents of class 1, 2, 3 divided into 3 pieces of paper
    - Black: What I remember
    - Blue: I don't remember
    - Red: What I can't remember even if I watch it again
"Metacognition" Learn more about yourself

[An hour's note in the morning]
Clear time, high concentration habit + repeat
- Time-out Reason: Increases concentration.
- Set Timeout: Next Step

1. What should I do?
(Focus: What is the goal?) )
1. jogging.
2. Update management consultant video
3. Exercise with children

* Less fun to get up early in the evening.
* Morning man | I listen to sleep, imprinting the time before I go to bed.

AM: Creative Activities
Afternoon (Reasonable Use)
Simple repetition, activities, out-of-work, reading, studying, etc
 [ ] Practice 1 to 10 things every day
[ ] an appointment with oneself
[ ] Dazed day -> New time the next day

"It's like a ship moving forward."

I learned how to survive here, where I am a practitioner and a decision maker.

A multi-tasking switch

If you try to do only productive things, you will get obsessive. In that case, if you do a productive hobby, the pattern will be broken, and the efficiency of productive work will be extremely low, and research has shown that it's rather disturbing

'Then how do you get through the hard work... I'm having a hard time

It makes me feel bad for myself.

At this time, I learned that learning the wise wisdom of using compulsion well and efficiently can be an important turning point in my life, so I wrote this because I wanted to talk to you about the wisdom to overcome difficult times wisely.

In the reality of having to live hard, repeating "it's hard" without trying is called "Shadenfreude," the joy of seeing other people's misfortunes or pain.

When you're struggling, you realize that you're not struggling alone with anonymous counseling, which is consoled by looking at the attitudes and situations of people who don't lose their positivity, and looking for connections, creating your own work, and receiving unnecessary expectations and disappointments in human relationships

I kept things that I couldn't solve and used my time for something else and turned on a switch called multi-tasking One solution is to learn how to turn it off and solve the problem.
